U ovom uvodnom tečaju naučit ćete osnove ronjenja na dah i otkriti svoje prirodne sposobnosti ronjenja. Poučavati će vas se da naučite tehnike zadržavanja daha duže od 1 min 30 i ronjenja na dah sa i bez peraja.

U ovom uvodnom tečaju naučit ćete osnove ronjenja na dah i otkriti svoje prirodne sposobnosti ronjenja. Poučavati će vas se da naučite tehnike zadržavanja daha duže od 1 min 30 i ronjenja na dah sa i bez peraja.

Teme uključuju fiziku i fiziologiju ronjenja na dah, uvod u izjednačavanje tlaka, tehnike opuštanja i disanja, te postupke spašavanja i sigurnosti.

Ako pohađate tečaj WAVE 1, također ćete naučiti roniti na dubinu od 12-20 metara u otvorenoj vodi, dok je tečaj LAP 1 certifikacija samo za bazen. Nakon certificiranja, imat ćete pristup 12-tjednom programu obuke kako biste nastavili poboljšavati svoje tehnike i performanse.

  • 1-dnevni tečaj (LAP 1) ili 2-dnevni tečaj (WAVE 1)

    I took a Wave 1 freediving class with Nicolas and had a blast. Nicolas brought a breadth of freediving knowledge and experience that made my first exposure to open water freediving so enriching. I definitely plan on continuing my practice of freediving using what I have learned and hope to one day take a Wave 2 course because of how much I felt I got out of the course.     I did Wave 1 course with Nicolas
    Before this course I did some coaching sessions in freediving but I couldn’t go deeper than 8 meters. I thought that I had some physical condition that limited me. With Nico we started from the scratch – he offered me different exercises to work on my equalization. And by the end of the course I reached 16 meters which I thought was impossible
    I’m very grateful that I discovered that my limits were not real and I can go deeper. I did discover my new self

    Я прошла начальный курс фридайвинга с Николасом. Это было увлекательное погружение в совершенно новый мир – я много узнала о физиологии погружений, научилась задерживать дыхание на 2,5 минуты и нырнула на 16 метров в рамках курса Волна 1
    Сначала у меня были проблемы с продувками – не удавалось делать их вниз головой. Но Николас подсказал мне несколько упражнений, и я смогла преодолеть этот барьер

    Nico benim 1. seviye öğretmenimdi. Kurstan önce sualtında kulağımı dengeleyememekten korkuyordum çünkü önceki tüplü dalışlarımda böyle olmuştu. Okulda onunla yaptığımız konuşmada bunu nasıl sağlayacağımı teknik olarak açıklayarak beni sakinleştirmeyi başardı ve sonrasında da kursu almaya karar verdim.
    Nico’nun sayesinde harika bir kursla çok eğlenceli ve öğretici günler geçirdim. Nefesimi tutarak suyun altında düşündüğümden çok daha rahat bir biçimde yüzebileceğimi onun sayesinde fark ettim.
    Ve derine inme vakti geldiğinde, Nico’nun sakinleştiren ve açıklayıcı yöntemiyle bunu gerçekleştirdim. Kendime bu şansı tanımamı sağladığı için teşekkürler. Onunla daha derinlere inmekte hiç çekinceniz olmasın!

    Nico was my Wave 1 teacher. Before the course I was hesitating about balancing my ear under the water because before I struggled during the scuba diving. After talking with him in the school, he calmed me down and explain how it works before even I booked the session. Then I could feel brave enough to try it.
    Thanks to him it was great and fun couple of days. I realized I could hold my breath and swim under water more than I could ever imagine.
    And once it was time to go deeper, I did it thanks to his calming, explaining method. Thanks a lot for making me giving chance to myself.. Don’t hesitate to dive deep with him!

    Moji prvi koraci u freedivingu bili su prilično nespretni i teški i već me bila načela ideja da od svega toga lijepo odustanem.
    Damir me je naveo da se predomislim.
    Tijekom vježbi na suhome, slušala sam njegov glas (opisala bih ga kao umirujuće hipnotički), te sam vrlo brzo naučila držati dah dulje od 2 minute. Prethodno smo odradili teorijski dio, pa sam znala kakva je fizika (ili, bolje rečeno, biologija) događaja u tijelu tijekom držanja daha. Volim znati što mi se dešava i što mogu očekivati i baš to mi je bilo važno i pomoglo mi je da se opustim.
    Damir me je pratio pri svakom zaronu tijekom poduke i nisam se bojala.
    Inače sam prilično sklona anksioznosti, ali je sada nisam osjećala. Uživala sam u mirnoći dubine i jedva čekam novu freediving priliku s Damirom.

    I had a rough start with freediving and I was contemplating to give it up altogether. Damir made me change my mind. Led by hypnotizing calmness of his voice, I easily learned to hold my breath for more than 2 minutes. We had a theory session upfront and I knew the physics (or perhaps biology) of what is going on with my body during the breath-hold. That helped me a lot. Damir accompanied me on each and every dive during my training session and I was not afraid. Generally, I am prone to anxiety by I have not felt it at all. I enjoyed calmness of the deep and I look forward to freedive with Damir again as soon as practically possible.
